3 Platforms for Influencer Gifting

Hey y’all! It’s been a minute, but I’m back and spilling all the tea with 3 platforms for influencer gifting - to receive products from brands to review on social media or your blog. If it’s one thing I love, its trying new beauty products. With a number of these platforms, I’ve been able to try new product releases from top brands without spending a dime. I’ve leveraged these gifting opportunities as a way to create killer content as a budding influencer and content creator.

Do you aspire to be an influencer or content creator? Do you love trying new products from your favorite brands? Have you ever wondered how influencers receive free products to review and share with their audience?

If you’ve answered yes to any of those questions, then I got you! Let’s get into it.

Influenster

Influenster is an online community of product junkies and brand enthusiasts who love to share their experience with products. The community shares reviews on virtually any and every product on the market. As a member of the community, you are eligible to review VoxBoxes every month to try out products from brands you love and are soon to love.

I’ve received new releases from many of the top beauty brands. I’m talking Lancome fragrance, Make Up For Every lipstick, Tom Ford Beauty makeup and the list goes on. Influenster brings the quality products and it’s absolutely free to receive product in exchange for your honest review of the product. I’ve received products from Influenster that are now apart of my beauty favorites and routine.

This is the best platform to get your start as an influencer if you have a smaller following. Create bomb and engaging content with your free product and you can get noticed by brands.

Join the community and receive your free VoxBoxes here.

Insider tip: To be eligible for voxboxes after sign-up, be sure to complete the snaps and complete a few reviews of products that you already love. With Influenster, you’ll complete a survey and are matched for the best products to send. You’ll be surprised with what you are receiving so be sure to complete the surveys with that in mind.

Octoly

Octoly is a new favorite of mine. It is a platform that connects brands with influencers directly. With Octoly, you get to specifically choose from a marketplace of available products to order. The brand will review your order and then confirm if you are approved. There are also many new product launches from top brands on this platform as well - Pat McGRATH Labs, Fresh Beauty, Hum Nutrition and YSL Beauty to name a few.

To sign up for Octoly, you must have a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram. You may also sign up with other social accounts and the requirements will vary.

Insider tip: After ordering a product from a brand and it’s shipped to you, you’ll have 21 days to post your review to the designated platform. Keep this in mind when ordering multiple products.

Bonus tip: There is also an option to switch your account to a professional creator account to be eligible for paid campaigns. Cha-Ching!

BzzAgent

BzzAgent is another community for those who love to review products. It’s free to sign up and start a profile. BzzAgent will email you campaign invites based on the information you shared on your profile that you might be interested in. You’ll apply and wait for a notification if you’re selected to participate. Simple. I haven’t completed a campaign with this platform yet, however have noticed quality review opportunities with brands such as La Mer, Urban Skin Rx, ConAir and Bissell.

Insider tip: When you receive an invite email, you have to move fast as the campaign will fill up due to limited quantities of the offered product.

I hope sharing these 3 platforms for influencer gifting has helped you if you want to take your love of trying new products to the next level.
